Earl Gray Brewing instructions: Bring a cup of water to a boil. Add one tea spoon of the tea to the boiling water. Cover and turn the stove off. Let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes, strain and pour into the cup. Add milk and sugar to perfection.

Earl Gray is best served with Gingerbread cookies.
