Perfect for Passion Fruit ice tea.
Brewing instructions: Bring five cups of water to a boil. Add 2 cups of sugar, and stir till the sugar has dissolved.
Add five tea spoons of Passion Fruit tea to the boiling water. Cover and turn the stove off. Let the tea steep for 30 minutes. Strain into a water jug or glass bottle, and chill in the refrigerator.
Serving instructions:
Mix 1 part of tea with 1 part cold water, and serve chilled over over ice.
